Director of Communications
The primary responsibilities of the director of communications are to promote Tucson’s travel assets to targeted media to generate awareness of and interest in visiting Tucson and Southern Arizona; to communicate the value of Visit Tucson and the tourism industry to local funders, stakeholders, and media; and to share and convey the Tucson brand with consumers through e-newsletters, social media, and other publications.

Director of Marketing
The primary responsibilities of the director of marketing are to promote Tucson’s travel assets via paid media campaigns and Visit Tucson websites to generate awareness and inspire travelers to visit Tucson and Southern Arizona; to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Visit Tucson’s brand and achieve measurable results; to oversee development of branded content and visual assets that enhance Visit Tucson’s marketing campaigns, owned media channels, and sales & promotional initiatives.
